The Foundation for Marshall Medical Centers invites you to the 17th Annual Pink Pumpkin Run - a beloved community tradition supporting mammography and cancer services right here at Marshall Medical Centers.

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, October 31, 2026
• Location: Guntersville Civitan Park, 1130 Sunset Dr, Guntersville, AL
• Activities: Signature 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run, music, kids’ activities
• Special feature: Crowd-favorite Pink Pancake Brunch

Costume Encouragement

This year, we’re saying “BOO to Cancer!” and we want YOU to join the fun. Costumes are highly encouraged (the more creative, the better), but keep it fun and family-friendly. The only thing we want to spook is cancer! Team costumes are always a hit and make race day even more memorable.

Participation Impact

Whether you run, walk, skip, or strut your way to the finish line, every step helps provide lifesaving mammograms and cancer services for local women in our community.

Packet Pick-Up Opportunities

• Friday: October 30 from 3–6 PM at Guntersville Rec Center Multi-Purpose Room
• Saturday: October 31 from 7:15–8:45 AM at Guntersville Civitan Park
