🏆 History

• Background: Matt St. James is a 2003 Churchville-Chili High School graduate.
• Education: He graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2007 with a degree in Social Work.
• Athletic Achievement: As an undergraduate, Matthew was a top runner on the Cross Country and Track teams for four years.
• Life Change: After suffering cardiac arrest while running on March 14, 2007, Matt has made significant progress over the years.

🏃‍♂️ 5K Course Info

• Start Time: On the Matt St.James cross country trails at 10 a.m.
• Walkers: Will also start at 10 a.m. Please line up behind runners.

👦 Kids Run

• Distance: 1K run.
• Timing: Starting at the completion of the 5K.
• Cost: Free (t-shirt not included).

💲 5K Entry Fee

• Pre-Registration: $25 per person (through August 4).
• Late Registration: $30 per person (August 5-22).
• Race Day: $35.

🏅 Awards

There will be awards for the 5K!

👕 T-Shirts

• Pre-Registration: Participants that pre-register for the 5K/walk will receive a T-shirt.
• Availability: Those who sign up after pre-registration will receive a T-shirt as long as available.
• Sale: T-shirts will also be sold for $20 (2XL or larger will be $25) at paypal.me/stjames5k.

❤️ Charity Support

This year the Matt St. James 5K will be supporting a non-profit organization called "Operation Caring Hearts helping the Homeless and Veterans in Rochester, NY." They help the homeless with meals 3 times a week, provide clothing, blankets, tents, and transportation, and assist in getting them off the streets.
