🏃‍♂️ History

• Graduate: Matt St. James is a 2003 Churchville-Chili High School graduate.
• Degree: He graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2007 with a degree in Social Work.
• Top Runner: As an undergraduate, Matthew was a top runner on the Cross Country and Track teams for four years.
• Inspiration: After a serious incident in 2007, Matt has come a long way, showing the power of faith and perseverance.

🏁 5K Course Info

• Start Time: On the Matt St. James cross country trails at 10 a.m.
• Walkers: Walkers will start at 10 a.m. as well: please line up behind runners.

👶 Kids Run

• Distance: 1K run - Beginning at the completion of the 5k.
• Cost: Free (t-shirt not included).

💵 5K Entry Fee

• Pre-Registration: $25 per person (through August 4).
• Late Registration: $30 per person (August 5-22).
• Race Day: $35 per person.

🏆 Awards

There will be awards for the 5K!

👕 T-Shirts

• Pre-Registration: Participants that pre-register for the 5K/walk will receive a T-shirt.
• Availability: Those who sign up after pre-registration will receive a T-shirt as long as available.

⌚ Timing

We will have chip timing this year!

🛍️ T-Shirt Sales

• Price: T-shirts will also be sold for $20 at paypal.me/stjames5k.
• Extended Sizes: 2xl or larger will be $25.

💖 Support for Non-Profit

This year the Matt St James 5K will be supporting a Non-Profit Organization called "Operation Caring Hearts helping the Homeless and Veterans in Rochester, NY." They help the homeless with meals 3x a week, provide clothing, blankets, tents, and transportation. They help get the homeless and veterans off the streets.
