Grab your costume, gather your friends, and get ready for a Halloween-themed 5K benefiting Teen Challenge of Southwest Florida.

The inaugural Costumes for a Cause 5K will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Coconut Point in Estero, Florida. This family-friendly fundraiser will bring together runners, walkers, families, local businesses, and community supporters for a morning of fitness, costumes, and fun while raising funds for Teen Challenge of Southwest Florida.

This is not your ordinary 5K.

Costume Participation

• Encouragement: Participants are highly encouraged to arrive in costume.
• Costume Themes: Go scary, funny, creative, outrageous, or completely over the top.
• Costume Coordination: Run solo, coordinate with a friend, or involve the whole family.
• Inclusion: Everyone is invited to join the fun, regardless of how they choose to participate.

• Stroller and Pet Friendly: Strollers are welcome: pets must be leashed and controlled.
• Safety Tip: Those with strollers or pets should start toward the back of the starting area.
