We're thrilled to announce that the 2nd Annual Heart Sync Run: Stride for Health will take place on November 7, 2026!

Join us on the East Side of El Paso for an exciting morning dedicated to fitness, community, and heart health. Hosted by the Texan Foundation, this officially timed event welcomes everyone—from elite athletes to first-time runners and walkers.

Prize Money Eligibility Requirements:

• Geographic Requirement: Participants must reside within a 100-mile radius of the El Paso region.
• Proof of Residency: Valid documentation may include a state-issued ID, driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Eligibility Verification: Race organizers may request additional documentation to verify eligibility.
• Welcome for All: Participants not meeting the eligibility requirement are still encouraged to join.

By registering for and participating in the race, participants acknowledge and agree that they have reviewed and understand the prize-money eligibility requirements.

Race Categories and Prizes

Stride for Health 10K

• 1st Place: $10,000
• 2nd Place: $1,500
• 3rd Place: $1,000

Challenge Yourself 5K

• 1st Place: $5,000
• 2nd Place: $1,500
• 3rd Place: $1,000

Women's Heart 3K

Open to all participants, but cash prizes are reserved for female finishers.

• 1st Place: $3,000
• 2nd Place: $1,000
• 3rd Place: $500

Finisher Benefits & Giveaways

• Finisher Medal: Up to 500 medals available
• Random Prize Drawings: Entry into drawings for exciting giveaways
• Drawing Method: Drawings will be conducted using participants' bib numbers.
• Running for a Cause: Your participation supports the Texan Foundation's mission.
