- Equal Parts: Fun, Run and Recovery, The EQUALIZER Equalizes!
- Distance Options: Choose from 5 lap, 10 lap or 13.1 laps on a scenic flat 1 Mile loop.
- Outdoor Options: Race/Run/Walk around the Campground, on the Katy and through downtown Marthasville.
- Finisher Medal: Every participant receives a medal!
Recovery Sessions
- Sauna Gang: Join an instructor-led 30 minute body weight workout.
- Post Race Fun: Relax with music, announcers, and aid stations.
- Sauna Van: Experience the Sauna Van and Cold plunge after your run.
- Surrender Yoga: Participate in instructor-led yoga for post race stretching.
Camping and Activities
- Camping: Feel free to stay and camp—primitive but free, with available showers.
- Evening Events: Enjoy wellness speakers, workout leaders, food, and a band at the Start/Finish Pavilion.
- Post-Race Recovery: Join the post-race Recovery sessions and socialize.
- Shakeout Coffee Walk: Participate the next morning, followed by a Sunrise Yoga session.
