- Time: 8:00 AM for the 5K, 9:00 AM for the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
- Organization: Join Bay Saint Louis Running Company for a beautiful fall morning at La Terre Farms!
- Costumes: Absolutely encouraged for Halloween morning!
5K Trail Run
Take on a scenic 5K through the trails of La Terre Farms.
- Registration Fees: $40 — through August 31
- $45 — September 1 through September 30
- $50 — October 1 through race day
- Includes: Race shirt, Handmade sunflower finisher medal, Professional race timing, Post-race food and drinks, Overall and age-group awards
1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
Not ready for the full 5K? Bring the kids, grab a friend, or just come enjoy a mile on the farm!
- Registration Fee: $20
- Open to: All ages and abilities.
- Includes: Handmade sunflower finisher medal.
- Note: Race shirt is not included with 1-mile registration.

- Overall Male & Female: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place
- Age Groups: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Male and Female in 5-year age groups through age 69, followed by 70–79 and 80+.
- Note: Don’t expect your typical race trophies.

Post-Race Activities
Post-Race Pilates for Runners — $30 Add-On | 10:00 AM
- Instructor: Adrienne Callahan Brister of Grit and Grace Pilates!
- Focus: Mobility, core strength, stability, and post-run recovery.
- Includes: Lavender-infused cooling towels, and a glass of champagne.
- Requirements: $30 per person, Advance registration required, Space is limited.
U-Pick Flowers
Don’t rush home after the finish!
- Flowers: U-pick flowers will be available for purchase from La Terre Farms.
- Experience: Wander the fields, pick your favorites.
- Reminder: Take a little piece of your morning at La Terre home with you.
Final Thoughts
It wouldn’t be Halloween morning without a little fun.
- Costumes: Welcome for both the 5K and 1 Mile.
- Advice: Ensure costumes are comfortable and safe to run or walk in.
