Event Overview

Join us for the Stronger Together 5K: Domestic Violence Awareness Run/Walk! The Stronger Together 5K is more than a race—it’s a movement to raise awareness, support survivors, and strengthen our community's commitment to ending domestic violence.

Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, your participation helps fund free services for survivors, including emergency shelter, advocacy, counseling, and prevention education through Harbor, Inc. of Johnston County.

Participants of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Enjoy a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with race amenities, community vendors, refreshments, and opportunities to honor survivors while making a meaningful impact.

Together, every step moves us closer to a future free from violence. Join us because we are Stronger Together.

Registration Fees

• Early Bird Registration: Available through September 17th.
• Guarantee T-shirt: Register by October 1st to secure your official Stronger Together 5K race T-shirt.

5K

• $30: Through September 17th
• $35: From September 18th through race day

5K Team of 5 or More

• $27 per team member: Through September 17th
• $30 per team member: From September 18th through race day

1-Mile Fun Run/Walk

• $15: Through September 17th
• $20: From September 18th through race day

Participant Benefits

• Official T-shirt: Guaranteed for participants registered by October 1st
• Finisher Award: Participation award for all finishers
• Race Bib: Includes timing chip
• Post-race Refreshments: Enjoy refreshments after the race

Awards

All registered participants will receive a finisher participation award for completing the Stronger Together 5K! In addition, awards will be presented to the following competitive finishers:

• Top 3 Overall Female Finishers
• Top 3 Overall Male Finishers
• Top Male and Top Female: In age groups: 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50+

Please note: Overall winners are ineligible for an age group award. Age group awards will be presented to the next eligible finisher.

Packet Pick Up

• Early Packet Pick Up: October 16th from 2pm-7pm at Pizazz, 132 E Main St., Clayton, NC 27520
• Race Day Packet Pick Up: Starts at 8am.
