Miles To Go 5K!

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Miles To Go Charities was founded in 2018 by a 9 year old boy who saw a need in his community. His strong desire to help the homeless in a meaningful way led to the creation of Miles To Go bags, filled with intentionally curated essential items. To date, Miles To Go has distributed nearly 12,000 bags to the homeless here in Central Florida. Join us in supporting this community-focused effort with your participation in our 4th annual 5k Run/Walk Fundraiser.

🎉 Event Highlights

• Fun Activities: Come to run & stay to play! Games, silent auction, raffle, vendors, food trucks, refreshments, DJ, contests & more!!!
• Dog Friendly: BRING YOUR PUPS (leashed) & enjoy our doggy refresh station!
• Course Details: The 5K is a double-loop course on paved surface, with a celebratory party to follow.
• Family-Friendly: Welcoming participants of all ages, encouraging both experienced runners and casual walkers/family groups.

🏅 Awards & Recognition

Finisher Medals will be awarded to all participants. The awards will be given for the following categories:

• Under 12: 1st through 3rd Male and Female
• Ages 13-17: 1st through 3rd Male and Female
• Ages 18+: 1st through 3rd Male and Female
• Masters 60+: 1st through 3rd Male and Female

📅 Race Day Schedule

• 7:30am to 8am: On Site Packet Pickup - Pickup options before race day will be available and is encouraged.
• 8:15am: Race Start
• 10am: Awards

👥 Team Participation

MAKE A TEAM! Teams of 10 or more registered by August 20th will get your unique team logo on their shirts! Email the logo to: Danielle@milestogo.org.
