Established Event: This Celebration Rotary Run/Walk has established itself in the 21-plus years that it has been held as a premier event within the Central Florida community, attracting hundreds of participants each year.
Pancake Run: Known as the ever most popular “The Pancake Run,” the event features separate 10k and 5k courses for runners and walkers of all ages.
Fast Route: Participants will enjoy a fast, flat route through beautiful Celebration, Florida, on a USTAF-certified course.
Virtual Option: If you cannot join us in person, we offering a Virtual option as well!
POST-RACE CELEBRATION
Pancakes: After your run, come enjoy Pancakes + music and fun at the Celebration Firehouse!
Included with Registration: Pancakes are included with your registration and friends and family can enjoy them with you for a small additional fee!

EVENT TIMELINE
6:30am: Race-day Registration and Packet Pickup opens.
7:30am: 10K Start begins.
7:45am: 5K Fun Run & Walk begins.
9:00am: 5K Awards Ceremony.
RACE AMENITIES
Tech Tee: A Unisex Tech tee for each race!
Finisher Medal: Finisher Medal for all 5K and 10K participants!
Pancake Breakfast: A FREE admission ticket to the Celebration Rotary Pancake breakfast following the race!
Awards: Overall and Age Group awards for both the 5K and 10K races.
REGISTRATION FEES
5K Run/Walk: $35.00 through October 31st: $40.00 from November 1st - November 14th: $45.00 from November 15 - 22 (Race Day and if not sold out).
10K Run/Walk: $45.00 through October 31st: $50.00 from November 1st - November 14th: $55.00 from November 15th - 22nd (Race Day and if not sold out).
Virtual Registration: $55.00 through November 22nd (race entry includes shipping fee).
Payment Options: Race Day Registration payment will be accepted via credit card payments through RunSignup only if races are not sold out!
REFUND AND WEATHER POLICY
Non-Refundable: ALL ENTRY FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND RACE REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Rain or Shine: THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT.
No Refunds: NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.
FINISHER MEDALS
Custom Medal: All PAID 5K and 10K participants will receive a custom Celebration 5K and 10K Pancake Run and Walk presented by the Celebration Rotary themed finisher medal.
AWARDS
Top Finishers: Awards will go to the top 3 overall male and female finishers in the 5K and 10K races.
Age Categories: Plus we will award the top 3 men and women in each age category: 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
SAFETY RULES
Prohibited Items: Roller skates and in-line skates are prohibited from the race course.
Stay Alert: It is VERY important for you to stay alert throughout the race, stay inside cones and obey all race signage.
Stroller Policy: Jogging strollers are permitted but must start in the back.
PACKET PICKUP INFORMATION
Early Pickup: EARLY Packet Pick-Up will take place on Friday, November 21st at the Stetson University building located at 800 Celebration Avenue, Celebration, FL 34747 from 7am - 7pm.
Race Day Pickup: Race Day Packet Pickup will take place at the Celebration Fire House 72 beginning at 6:30 am.
RACE DAY PARKING
Location: Is available across from the Celebration Firehouse located at 595 Celebration Place.
Signage: There will be parking signs directing you to the lot.
