RACE SCHEDULE

• Thursday: Packet Pick-Up at 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, National Training Center
• Friday: Packet Pick-Up at 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM, Lake Louisa State Park
• Saturday: Packet Pick-Up at 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM, Lake Louisa State Park
• Start Times: Half Marathon – 7:00 AM, 10K – 7:15 AM, 5K – 7:30 AM

AID STATIONS & SUPPORT

• Stations: Aid stations are placed throughout the course to keep runners fueled and supported.
• Types: Expect a mix of volunteer-supported and self-serve stations depending on location and distance.
• Signage: The course is clearly marked with signage to ensure a smooth race experience.

SWAG & AWARDS

• Timing: All races are professionally chip timed.
• Finisher Medal: Participants receive a finisher medal.
• Race Swag: Participants also receive a race swag item and post-race refreshments.
• Awards: Awards are presented to overall and age group winners across all distances.
