September Run 100 Miles plus One Challenge

Date: September 1 - 30, 2026

Challenge Overview

• Objective: Run 100 Miles in the month of September 2026.
• Daily Requirement: Complete either one sit-up or one push-up based on the number of miles you run per day.
• Duration: You have 30 days to run the 100 miles.
• Variation: Complete either 100 sit-ups or 100 push-ups (or both for a greater challenge).

Examples of the Challenge

• Run 3 miles: Do 3 sit-ups or 3 push-ups.
• Run 5 miles: Do 5 sit-ups or 5 push-ups.
• Run 10 miles: Do 10 sit-ups or 10 push-ups.
• Advanced Option: Challenge yourself by doing both sit-ups & the push-ups.

Participation Requirements

• Flexibility: You choose the number of miles you want to run.
• Minimum Requirement: By the end of the month, you should have a minimum of 100 miles and 100 sit-ups or push-ups.
• Weekly Reporting: Send Carolee an email at caroleeluther@gmail.com at the end of each week showing the miles you ran.
• Email Count: You should send a total of 5 emails to caroleeluther@gmail.com.
