2026 Paint the Town Pink 5K Fun Walk Run

Event Details

• Event: 5k Fun Walk/Run
• Date: October 23, 2026
• Course: Woodruff Park Map of the Course
• Cost: $30 for walkers 12 years of age and older (includes t-shirt) | $40 for runners (includes t-shirt and winners medal for specific age group)

Registration Information

• Price Increase: Price increases on Saturday, October 11th to $35 for walkers and $45 for runners.
• Guarantee: Register by Sunday, October 11th to be guaranteed a t-shirt and correct size. No guarantee of t-shirt after October 11th.
• Post-October 11th: Registering after October 11th DOES NOT GUARANTEE A T-SHIRT.
• Packet Pick-up: Thursday, October 22nd, 12 pm-6 pm at Cunningham Center.

Race Day Information

• Late Registration: Race day registration/late packet pick-up begins at 4 pm at Woodruff Park.
• Survivor Parade: Begins at 5:45 pm. Line up at 5:30 pm. Check in at WCGCC table.
• Registration Cut-off: NO NEW REGISTRANTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 6:15 PM ON RACE DAY.
• Cashless Event: Race day will be a CASHLESS event. If you want to sign up and pay in cash, please do so at packet pick up on Thursday, Oct 22nd.

• Run/Walk Start: 6:30 pm

Beneficiary Information

• Organizer: The West Central Georgia Cancer Coalition (WCGCC), a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization.
• Fundraiser: This event is our annual fundraiser benefiting the Neighbors Helping Neighbors Cancer Assistance Fund.
• Purpose: Established to assist eligible individuals and families in our community who have been diagnosed with cancer and are currently receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation treatment.
• Community Impact: 100% of proceeds remain within our community. Get those teams together and let’s "Paint the Town Pink".
