2026 Paint the Town Pink 5K Fun Walk Run

Event Overview

• Event: 5k Fun Walk/Run

Registration Details

• Cost: $30 for walkers 12 years of age and older (includes t-shirt), $40 for runners (includes t-shirt and winners medal for specific age group)
• Note: Price increases on Saturday, October 11th to $35 for walkers and $45 for runners.
• Deadline: Register by Sunday, October 11th to be guaranteed a t-shirt and correct size. No guarantee of t-shirt after October 11th.
• Post-Deadline Registration: Registering after October 11th DOES NOT GUARANTEE A T-SHIRT.

Packet Pick-Up and Race Day

• Packet Pick-Up: Thursday, October 22nd from 12 pm to 6 pm at Cunningham Center.
• Race Day Registration: Begins at 4 pm at Woodruff Park.
• Survivor Parade: Begins at 5:45 pm, line up at 5:30 pm. Check in at WCGCC table.
• Registration Cut-off: NO NEW REGISTRANTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 6:15 PM ON RACE DAY.

Event Information

• Cashless Event: Race day will be a CASHLESS event. If you want to sign up and pay in cash, please do so at packet pick-up on Thursday, Oct 22nd.
• Program Starts: 6 pm
• Run/Walk Starts: 6:30 pm
• Beneficiary: The event benefits the Neighbors Helping Neighbors Cancer Assistance Fund.

Community Impact

• Organization: The West Central Georgia Cancer Coalition (WCGCC), a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, presents this event.
• Goal: To assist eligible individuals and families diagnosed with cancer who are receiving treatment.
• Impact: 100% of proceeds remain within our community.
• Significance: Runners will be timed, and this race can help with qualifications for other races.
