Fourth annual 4 mile race hosted by the Mohegan Striders, this race runs through Groton, CT.

• Date: Sunday, August 16th, 2026
• Time: 9:30 AM
• Registration Opening: 8 AM
• Location: EB Parking Lot, M-Lot/Annex

Registration Details

• Parking: There is NOT PARKING FOR RUNNERS at Sneekers.
• Free T-shirts: First 200 registered will receive a t-shirt!
• Awards: $100 for First Overall Male and Female: gift cards for top 3 (Excluding top OA) in various divisions.
• Online Registration: Closes 11:59 PM the night before the race.

Awards and Discounts

• Awards Ceremony: Will take place at 10:30 AM.
• Sneekers Cafe: Open during and following awards with a $1 off coupon from registration.
• Club Members: MOHEGAN STRIDERS and WTAC MEMBERS receive a discount if signing up prior to race day.
• Runsignup Fee: Will be PAID BY THE RACE.

Course Information

• Dogs: Not permitted to run in the race.
• Directions: From the highway, take exit 87 from I-95.
• Route:
  • Continue onto CT-349 S
  • Turn left onto Rainville Ave
  • Turn right onto State Hwy 649/Poquonnock Rd
  • Turn right into EB Parking Lot, M-Lot/Annex

Parking Instructions

Runners should park at the EB Parking Lot, M-Lot/Annex, which comes up on google maps. It is about 0.1 miles west of Sneekers Cafe (568 Poquonnock Rd, Groton, CT). PLEASE DO NOT PARK AT SNEEKERS, there will be large race parking signs at the EB Lot.
