Cockaponsett Trails to a Cure

Race Overview

Choose between a 4 or 9 mile trail race in the Cockaponsett State Forest in Chester, CT.

Course Details

• 4 Mile Course: The 4 miler is the first part of the 9 mile course.
• Terrain: The course consists of roots, rocks, muddy sections, and several hills.
• Initial Stretch: The first 1/2 mile is on a road which helps spread the runners out prior to the start of the trails.
• Water Stations: Water stations are at miles 2, 4, 6, and 7.

Registration Information

• No Race Day Registration: There will be no registration on the day of the race.
• Bib Pick Up: Bib pick up opens at 8 am.
• Race Start Time: The race starts at 9 am.
• Parking Fee: Please note if you have out of state plates, the park requires you to pay a parking fee.

Trails to a Cure is part of the Blue Blazed Trail Race series.

Volunteer Opportunities
