2026 Run To The River 5K

Event Overview

Deep River Parks & Recreation Department is proud to host The Run To The River 5K Road Race as part of the Deep River Family Day celebrations.

Course Details

• Start Location: Devitt Field at Southworth and Belmont.
• Route: USATF certified 5K race route.
• Directions: Main Street, Kirtland St., River St., Elm St., Union St. back to Devitt Field.
• Finish Line: Near the goal post at the bottom of the hill.

Entry Fees

• 5K Registration: $20 Early Bird until Sept 2nd, $25 afterwards, $30 on race day.
• Group Discount: $15 per person for groups of 6 or more by Sept 2nd.
• Registration Bonus: The first 100 registrants will receive a race t-shirt.

Race Day Schedule

• Registration Opens: 7:30 am.
• Start Time: 5K Run/Walk begins at 9:00 am.

Awards

• Overall Awards: Top male and female overall.
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 male/female in the following categories:
• 10 yrs & under
• 11 - 14 yrs
• 15 - 18 yrs
• 19 - 29 yrs
• 30 - 39 yrs
• 40 - 49 yrs
• 50 - 59 yrs
• 60 - 69 yrs
• 70 - 80 yrs
• 80 +
