About The Moms Rock Race

• Moms Rock: A Mother’s Day tradition in Westlake, Ohio, including a 5K road race, a b.a. Sweetie Dasher Dash (50 Meters), and a unique Stroller Division!
• 2026 Theme: This year, we will be introducing yearly race themes to flowers! In 2026, the race will be sun-flowered themed!
• Beneficiaries: The event benefits various local organizations.

Packet Pickup Information

• Pickup Dates: Early pickup dates & locations listed HERE later in the year!
• Group Pickup: Participants can pick up for others, but should have their confirmation email handy just to be safe.
• Check Out: If picking up for 5 or more, email roadracing@hermescleveland.com with your list for pre-pack.
• Race Day Pickup: Available, but plan to arrive early, as lines may be long!

Race Day Logistics

• Parking: Available at the MetroParks Zoo, street parking may not be free: click HERE for the parking guide.
• Event Start: Sunday, May 10, 2026: b.a. Sweetie Candy Company Kids Dash – 8:45 AM, 3 Mile - 9:00 AM
• Race Start Location: CrockerBark (Address)
• Registration Time: Race day registration/packet pickup begins at 8:00 AM.

Timing, Results & Awards

• Timing System: The race is officially timed using a disposable Bib tag timing system with state-of-the-art Mylaps timing mats.
• Bib Information: All participants will receive a race bib number with a timing tag. Bib numbers and tags are non-transferable.
• Live Results: Results are posted LIVE on the Moms Rock website with scannable QR codes displayed around the finish line.
• Awards: Special holiday awards for top 3 overall male & female finishers in the 3 Miler & 3 Miler with Stroller.

Refunds & Transfers

• Refund Policy: No refunds – all entries are non-refundable & non-transferable to future races.
• Entry Transfer: Transfer your entry to another person for free before packet pickup!
• T-Shirt Pickup: If you can’t attend, you can still pick up your T-shirt and packet at our office the following week.

Miscellaneous

• Volunteering: Opportunities will be listed HERE after registration opens: volunteers receive a race shirt!
• Walking: Walking is welcome, but police may ask late walkers to move to the sidewalk after 10 am.
• Weather: Ohio weather is unpredictable! Be prepared for anything from rain to sunny conditions.
• Course Info: The course is flat & fast – perfect for a 5K PR!
