• Date: December 20, 2025 for the 5K, December 21, 2025 for the Half Marathon

• Schedule: 5K on Saturday at 7:45 a.m., Half Marathon on Sunday at 7:05 a.m.

• Scenery: Tree-lined vistas of waterfront neighborhoods and lake-hugging roadways.
• The Course: Gentle rolling hills give this course a uniqueness of its own.
• Atmosphere: Catch the rising sun through gracefully swaying Spanish moss.
• Memorable: You’ll remember the Mount Dora Half Marathon and 5K as the event you will not want to miss.

📍 Race Start Locations

• 5K Start: Donnelly Park, 530 N Donnelly St, Mount Dora, FL 32757
• Half Marathon Start: Elizabeth Evans Park, 100 N. Donnelly St, Mount Dora, FL 32757
• Packet Pickup: Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. See website for details.
• Timing: Event will be chip timed with disposable chips attached to the back of the bib.

🏅 Awards and Medals

• Finisher Medals: Finisher medals for both the Half Marathon and the 5K.
• Awards for Half Marathon: Top 3 overall male and female, Top male and female master, and top 3 male and female age groups.
• Awards for 5K: Top 3 overall male and female, and top 3 male and female age groups.
• Age Groups: Various age groups are included for both races.

🥤 Race Day and Additional Information

• No Virtual Option: Available for the Half Marathon or 5K.
• Strollers & Pets: NO STROLLERS - NO PETS ALLOWED in 5K or Half Marathon.
• Course Closure: Course will be closed to vehicular traffic from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
• Food: Food & refreshments will be provided.

💖 Beneficiaries

• Support: Portion of the proceeds helps support FFA and Cheerleading Team of Mount Dora High School.
• Foundation: Run 4 a Cause Foundation provides disadvantaged youth with opportunities to play in local sports programs.
