Noccalula Falls Duathlon

Event Overview

All proceeds benefiting Friends of the Falls.

Race Changes

• Challenge Update: This year the race has been changed up in order to provide more of a challenge to those who want it!
• Registration: Please be sure to read the categories carefully before registering.
• On-site Registration: Registration will be available the morning of the race starting at 7am.
• T-Shirt Guarantee: T-Shirts are only guaranteed to those registered online by October 1.

Support Options

Not a runner or rider but still want to help support the foundation? A T-shirt only option is available.

Categories

• Elite Athlete Duathlon: Features a 5k run through the gorge, a 20k ride finishing with a 2.5k run. These athletes must complete the entire course individually.
• Athlete Duathlon: Features the 5k gorge run and a 10k ride.
• Relay Duathlon: Allows for one athlete to complete the 5k run and one athlete to complete the 10k ride.
• Kids Duathlon: Includes a 1/2 mile run and a 1/2 mile bike ride.

Post-Race Activities

• Grilled Hot Dogs: Stay and enjoy grilled hot dogs with everyone after!
• Awards: Awards will be given to first, second, and third place winners in each division.
• T-Shirt Deadline: The T-Shirt deadline is October 1.
• Limited Availability: There may be LIMITED extra T-shirts available.
