- Event: Register and participate (run, walk, or volunteer) in the Young Life 5K, one of the most scenic and fun running opportunities in Lawrence.
- Competition: Race as an individual for open and age group honors with the option of competing as a team of at least three people. Or, register to run virtually.
- Family Fun: After the main event, run with your kids for free in the 1K Family Fun run.
