Race Description
- History: The oldest 10K race in the South Carolina Low Country, celebrating its 50th year.
- Course: The 10K follows the original route, while the 5K features a new starting point.
- Affiliation: Part of the renowned Hell Hole Swamp Festival.
- Start Times: Both the 10K and 5K start at 8:00AM with specific course instructions for each.
Awards
- Trophies: Large gator-head trophies for M/F overall, masters, and grandmasters divisions.
- Age Groups: Smaller trophies awarded to male and female winners aged 10-19 through 75-99.
Packet Pick-Up
- Early Pick-Up: October 16th at Blue Sky Endurance, 624 Coleman Blvd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464 from 3PM - 6PM.
- Race Day Pick-Up: October 17th at Hell Hole Inc, 116 Steel Shed Lane, Jamestown, SC from 6:15AM - 7:45AM.
- 5K Reminder: 5K participants must have their packet by 7AM on race day.
- ID Required: Please bring your ID for packet pick-up.
Parking and Start Instructions
- Parking: Located at Hell Hole Inc, 116 Steel Shed Lane, Jamestown, SC.
- 10K Course: Starts on French Santee Rd, with turns onto Simmons Rd, Tiger Corner Rd, and ends on Hwy 41.
- 5K Course: Starts at halfway point of 10K, continuing on Simmons Rd, then Tiger Corner Rd and Hwy 41 to the finish.
- Shuttle Service: 5K runners shuttled to the start line beginning at 7AM.
