HOT SPRINGS ENDURO

RACE DESCRIPTION

The Hot Springs Enduro takes place in the Northwoods Trails system located in Hot Springs National Park. This trail system houses well over 30 miles of trails ranging from beginner green trails to double black for the experts out there looking to push the limits. The AES Enduro is being held in conjunction with the Gudrun Mountain Bike Festival - a three-day mountain bike festival featuring dual slalom, Strider races and the Atilla the Hun XC races. There’s something for everyone. Come for AES and stay for the rest.

REGISTRATION

• Date: Registration opens Friday, June 12th at 8am.
• Process: Participation based on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Limit: Organizers reserve the right to limit overall event participation.
• Entry includes: One-day competition with varied stages and dedicated practice times.

EVENT SCHEDULE

Final event schedule with packet pickup, official pre-ride, and start times will be released the week of the event. Arkansas Enduro Series events are rain or shine except under extreme circumstances.

• FRIDAY: Early Check-In | Location TBA from 4PM-7PM.
• SATURDAY: Check-In & Official Practice Day from 9AM-4PM.
• SUNDAY: Race Day from 9AM-3PM with Podium Awards at 4PM.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• DRY CAMPING: Limited dry camping spots available to reserve during event registration.
• RESTAURANTS: Hot Springs offers BBQ, pizza, and local microbrews among other dining options. Visit hotsprings.org for suggestions.

SAFETY AND REGULATIONS

• SAFETY: Helmets are required and full-face helmets, knee pads, and elbow pads are highly suggested.
• TEMPERATURE: Average daily highs around 77°F (25°C) and lows about 53°F (12°C).
• WATER & SNACKS: Riders should plan to carry 50-60 ounces of water and adequate snacks.
• DOGS: Allowed but must be on a leash at all times. No exceptions.

RACE DAY MEAL

A post-race meal will be provided to racers and volunteers on Race Days only, with meal tickets available at the Registration & Timing tent.

WAIVER & REFUND POLICY

All participants must sign a waiver of liability before racing. Refunds will not be issued except under extreme circumstances.
