DESCRIPTION

Join the Seashore Striders in Milford, DE for the 9TH MISPILLION ART LEAGUE RUN FOR THE ARTS 5k. The MAL 5k is a flat & fast course through the Town of Milford utilizing the Mispillion Riverwalk Trail & Goat Island. The race will start and finish at the park adjacent to Arena's with a beautiful course through Milford.

Date: November 1st at 9:00 am

RACE REGISTRATION

• Cost: $25.00 "PRE" Race Registration through Friday, October 31st at 10 p.m.
• Race Day: $30.00 "RACE DAY" Race Registration from 8:00 am - 8:55 am on site Saturday, November 1st
• T-Shirts: Not Guaranteed after 10/27...Please Register Early
• Registration Options:
  • ONLINE REGISTRATION: through RUNSIGNUP here at this site. "The easiest & most popular way to register for Seashore Strider events.
  • MAIL-IN REGISTRATION: form can be downloaded from seashorestriders.com on the MAL 5k race page. Please fill out the form completely & neatly, double checking Age, Gender, Entry Fee Price (some events have different fees) & Event Choice.
  • Mail completed paper registration to: Seashore Striders: 9 Gander Lane, Lewes, DE. 19958. Please have mail arrive by Monday of Race Week to be guaranteed an event t-shirt/swag. Make checks payable to “Seashore Striders.”

RACE TIMING

Timing will be done by the Seashore Strider Event Production team and will be using the Chronotrack B Chip system.

RACE AMENITIES

• Finish Line: Produced by “Seashore Strider Event Production, Inc.”
• Awards Ceremony: Post-Race awards ceremony within 20 minutes following the final finisher.
• T-Shirts: Custom t-shirts available.
• Post-Race Celebration: Refreshments & celebration at the Park Place Restaurant located very close to the start and finish at 5 N. Washington St, Milford, DE. 19963

AWARDS

Awards will be presented to the Overall Male & Female Champions, Overall Male & Female Masters (40+ yrs.), and the top three (3) Male & Female finishers in the following age categories: 9 & under, 10-13, 14-19, 20-29, then 10-year age groups through 70+. Awards will be presented within 20 minutes following the final runner crossing the finish.

REFUNDS/DEFERRAL

The Seashore Striders have a "No Refund" policy: however, we make every possible attempt to please our client with the following options:

• Transfer: To a future Seashore Strider owned event of equal value before the end of the current year.
• Donate: Your entry fee to the charity associated with the event.
• Transfer/Defer: To the following year at the same event.
