About this race
Dirt for Dinner is a fall mountain bike ride and fundraiser bringing people together around bikes and food justice in Vermont!

During registration, participants will choose one of three Vermont-based nonprofit organizations to donate to as their entrance fee:
Salvation Farms:
Salvation Farms’ mission is to create a future where all are fed, and farms are thriving. Through partnerships, effective use of available resources, and skill-building, we work to fully integrate surplus food from local farms into a resilient and sustainable food system.
Intervale Center:
Intervale Center’s mission is to strengthen community food systems that sustain farms, land, and people.
Hunger Free Vermont:
Hunger Free Vermont’s mission is to end the injustice of hunger and malnutrition for all Vermonters.
