Whether you’re just getting started or chasing your next personal best, there’s a group for you.

Training Groups

1. Social Walking
Stay active and enjoy moving with a supportive group.

2. Run/Walk + Beginner
Build endurance, confidence, and consistency at your own pace.

3. Intermediate
For runners focused on improving fitness across 5K, 8K, and 10K distances.

4. Advanced Intermediate
For runners training toward stronger half marathon and shorter-distance performances.

5. Experienced
For seasoned runners working toward half marathon, marathon, or performance-focused goals.

Location: PISE
Schedule: Wednesdays for 6 weeks at 6:15pm
