Owensboro Family YMCA is proud to host the BBQ 5K on May 9th Downtown Owensboro.

• Location: 311 West Veterans Boulevard, Owensboro, KY
• Start Time: 8:00 am (competitive racers at the front, non-competitive at the back)

Registration Pricing

• Adults: $35
• Children (ages 1-18): $20 (registration will discount at the cart)
• Day of Race Registration: $40 (cannot guarantee shirt)
• Bag Pickup: Thursday, May 7 and Friday, May 8 (5am to 9pm) at Owensboro Family YMCA, 900 KY Parkway, Owensboro

Raceday Information

• Bag Pickup: 7-7:45am at race location
• T-shirts: Available for registrations received by April 26th
• Awards: Top male and top female will get $100 worth of prizes.
• Medals: Given to the top 3 racers in each age group.

BBQ & Barrels represents the culmination of 45 years of a cultural tradition in Owensboro and Daviess County. It is the celebration of our past, our present, and our future, bringing together two of Owensboro’s greatest culinary traditions – unique barbecue and historic Kentucky bourbon.
