Owensboro YMCA BBQ 5K

🎉 Race Overview

Owensboro Family YMCA is proud to host the BBQ 5K on May 10, 2025, downtown Owensboro.

🏃‍♂️ Race Details

• Event: This race is in conjunction with the 2025 BBQ & Barrels event.
• Participation: The community is invited to run or walk with us.
• Start Times: Competitive racers will stage in the front of the start line at 8:00 a.m. and non-competitive racers will be at the back of the start line.

💲 Registration Pricing

• Adults: $35
• Children (1-18): $20 (registration will discount at the cart)
• Day of Race Registration: $40 (cannot guarantee shirt)

📦 Bag Pickup

• Pre-Race Bag Pickup: Thursday, May 8 and Friday, May 9 (5am to 9pm) at the Owensboro Family YMCA, 900 KY Parkway, Owensboro
• Race Day Bag Pickup: from 7-7:45am at race location.

👕 T-Shirts and Awards

• T-Shirts: For registrations received by April 26th
• Awards: Top male and top female will get $100 worth of prizes.
• Medals: Given to the top 3 racers in each age group.
• Age Groups: (1-10, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-99)
