Course Information
- Course Type: Out and back course for the 5K run/walk
- Family Fun Walk: Will start after the 5K in the opposite direction
- Strollers: Allowed on the course
- Pets: Dogs allowed on the course
Timing Details
- Timing Method: Chip timed race for the 5K
- Start Time: Participant’s race time begins upon crossing the start line
- Finish Time: Race time stops upon crossing the finish line
- Family Fun Walk: This event will not be timed
Awards
- Overall Prizes: $500 cash for top male and female
- Second Overall: $250 cash for second male and female
- Third Overall: $100 cash for third male and female
- Age Group Awards: Top three male and female in each age category
Awards Ceremony
- Time: Begins at 9:45 a.m.
Packet Pick Up Details
- Early Pick Up: Friday July 24 at Dove and Twig Coffee shop (Bethel Church) Door #5 from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm and 5 pm - 7 pm
- Location: Dove and Twig Coffee Shop, 4400 Lincoln Ave. Evansville, IN 47714
- Day of Race Pick Up: Saturday July 25 at Friedman Park from 7:30 am - 8:30 am
Weather Policy
- Race Status: The race will go on rain or shine
- Refund Policy: Entries are non-refundable, all sales final
