• Race Date: September 1, 2025
• Location: W Iowa St & N 7th Ave, Evansville, IN
• Distance Options: 5k, 10k, 15k, or kids fun run

🎽 Race Details

• Timing: Official timing by To The Finish.
• Shirt Guarantee: Sign up no later than Sunday, August 22nd at midnight to guarantee your race shirt before the event.

🏅 Medals & Awards Ceremony

• Medal Distribution: Medals will be given out shortly after the finish of the race.
• Placement Protocol: Those that placed in their categories must wait until they are announced for medal collection.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Date & Time: Friday, August 30th from 4-6pm.
• Location: Main Street Food & Beverage, 900 Main St, Evansville IN 47708.
• Day of Race Pickup: Available from 7am until 7:45am near the start line for out-of-town participants.

🗓️ Schedule of Events

• Late Registration & Packet Pickup: 7am - 7:45am
• Pre Race Stretch: 7:45am
• Kids Dash: 7:50 am
• Race Start: 5K/10k/15k at 8:00am

🏆 Awards Categories

• Kids Run: Participation medals for ages 5-13.
• 5K Walk: Awards for Top 3 Male/Top 3 Female (including overall winners).
• 5K Run/Walk: Overall Male & Female winners and Top 3 in various age categories.
• 10K Run & Walk: Awards for Top 3 Male/Top 3 Female.
• 15K Run: Awards for Top 3 Male/Top 3 Female.

All participants will receive tickets to the EVANSVILLE Pickle Festival on Saturday, September 7th, 2024, from 1-7pm at the Main Street Food & Beverage.
