• Pickle Festival Access: Registration includes entry to the Evansville Pickle Festival on Saturday, September 6th, from 1-7pm.
• Admission Requirements: Please have your race bib and ID at the general admission entrance.

👕 Shirt Guarantee

• Deadline: Sign up by Sunday, August 24th at midnight.
• Shirt: Guaranteed race shirt for early registrants.

🥇 Medals & Awards Ceremony

• Medal Distribution: Medals will be awarded shortly after finishing the race.
• Announcement Policy: No medals can be taken before announcement of winners.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Date & Time: Sunday, August 31st from 2-4pm at Roca Bar of Evansville.
• Race Day Pickup: Available from 7am to 7:45am near the start line.

🗓️ Schedule of Events

• Late Registration & Packet Pickup: 7am - 7:45am
• Pre Race Stretch: 7:45am
• Kids Dash: 7:50am
• Race Start: 5K/10K/15K at 8:00am
• Awards Ceremony: 9:30am

🏅 Awards Information

• Kid Run: Ages 5-13 will receive participation medals.
• 5K Walk: Awards for Male/Female categories, including 2nd & 3rd place medals.
• 5K Run/Walk: Age groups will include 17 & Under, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
• 10K Run: Top 3 awards for Male/Female categories.
• 15K Run: Top 3 awards for Male/Female categories.
