Registration Information

• Evansville Pickle Festival: Registration includes admission on September 12th, 1-7 PM. Show your race bib and ID at the entrance.
• Timing: Official timing by To The Finish.
• Shirt Guarantee: Register by August 27th at midnight for a guaranteed race shirt.
• Limited Availability: Late registrants may receive a limited amount of shirts.

Packet Pickup

• Date & Time: September 6th, 2-4 PM at Bone Dry Roofing, 2211 N Burkhardt, Evansville, IN 47715.
• Race Day Pickup: Available from 7 AM to 7:45 AM near the start line for out-of-town participants.

Medals & Awards

• Medals: Given out shortly after the race finish.
• Category Placement: Wait for medal announcement to receive your award.
• No Early Collection: Medals will not be distributed before announcing winners.

• Kids Dash: 7:50 AM
• Race Start: 5K/10K/15K at 8:00 AM
• Awards Ceremony: 9:30 AM

Race Categories

• Kid Run: Ages 5-13 receive Participation Medals.
• 5K Walk: Male/Female: 2nd & 3rd place medals.
• 5K Run/Walk: Categories by age groups: 17 & Under, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
• 10K and 15K Runs: Awards for Top 3 male and female finishers.
