About this race
Thanksgiving is going to the dogs, and they're showing up! Join Legend Acres Charities for the 2026 Dog-Friendly Turkey Trot on Saturday, November 28, 2026 at Litchfield Square Park in Litchfield Park, Arizona, alongside A Community Affair Farmers Market. It's Small Business Saturday — bring your dog, walk with your family, or come cheer everyone on. Dogs are encouraged, not required. Check-in begins at 8:30 AM; the walk starts at 9:00 AM. Choose your distance: 1K Fun Walk (approx. 0.6 mile) $25; 3K Community Walk (approx. 1.9 miles) $35; 5K Challenge (approx. 3.1 miles) $50; Virtual Participation $35. Walk at a comfortable pace — this is about community, not racing. Look for the Legend Acres booth at the market for registration, packet pickup, and medal pickup. Registration includes a Turkey Trot medal while supplies last, first-come first-served. Costumes and Thanksgiving pajamas welcome but never required. Register: https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/pawsgiving — Questions: call or text the Legend Acres office at 931-516-3064 or email [email protected].
