Peticolas Running Club Social Run/Walk - April

🐾 Event Overview

Nothing wrong with pints and pets so are celebrating National Pet Day! Come sip, sit and stay and with us, after your run/walk of course! And yes, pets are welcome, but if you are planning to bring something other than your dog or cat, please give us a heads up!

Following the social run/walk and until 1:00 PM, you will be able to pick up your race packet for the MIGHTY Velvet Hammer 5K too!

🏃‍♂️ Run/Walk Details

• Goal: Go at YOUR pace, run, walk, skip, whatever you like. The goal is to show up and have fun.
• Trail: The three miles is on a trail near the brewery!
• Check-in: Between the hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
• Start: You can start your run/walk whenever you would like or join the 'group' start at 8:30 AM.

🚰 Trail Support

• Mile Markers: Along the trail there will be mile markers out.
• Bottled Water: Available to take with you: there is no water on the course.
• Bring Your Own: Fill your own water bottle if preferred.

🌮 Social Run Perks

The social run includes the run/walk, a custom branded pint glass, three brews and tacos from THAT TACO DUDE. The three Peticolas brews can be enjoyed anyway you want, meaning, you can drink all three in the Taproom as drafts or have one draft and then take two cans TO GO or in any combination of three.

🕒 Social Run Schedule

8:00 AM-9:00 AM: Check in and start the social run/walk (rolling start between 8:00 AM-9:00 AM) OR
8:30 AM: “Group” Start (for those who want to run with a group)
9:30 AM: That Taco Dude Breakfast
10:30 AM: Social run raffle
11:00 AM: Last call
11:30 AM: Social run/walk ends

📝 Notes & Tips

• Check-in: Between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM on the day of the social run/walk.
• Group Start: At 8:30 AM, if you want to run or walk with the group, check in before that time.
• Weather: Social runs/walks are rain or shine, if weather is bad, we just drink the brews and eat the food indoors.
• Registration: Like the Velvet Hammer 5K, there are no refunds, once you are registered, you are registered.

Purchase tickets online for $35, all transactions are done online and please consider adding a tip for those amazing BEERTenders at Peticolas!

🍻 Social Run Includes

Tacos from THAT TACO DUDE, three delicious brews from Peticolas and a custom Peticolas social run branded glass.

The social runs/walks are rain or shine and there are no refunds. Once you register, you are registered. If you don't come pick up your social run goodies between the hours of 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, you lose it, no exceptions.
