🏃♂️ Introduction
Welcome to the 2nd Annual Poe Raven Fun Run and 5K! The kids' races will begin at 8:00 a.m. with Kindergarten and continue about every 10-15 minutes per grade level. The kids' course is just under a mile ~ .85. Students have the option of choosing the Fun Run or the 5K. All events are timed.
📍 Race Details
- 5K Start Time: 9:30 a.m.
- Course: An out-and-back course along Bray's Bayou.
- Participation: Walkers, runners, and racers are all welcome.
- Experience: Come for the run, stay for the friends!
🎽 Race Kit Goodies
- Items Included: All racers will receive a Poe Raven Bib, a finisher medal, and a t-shirt.
- Awards: There will not be age or grade level awards.
📅 Packet Pickup
- Date: Friday 4/26
- Location: Poe Elementary, 5100 Hazard St
- Time: 3pm-5pm
- Race Day Pickup: 6:30 - 8:00 am
