• Certification: USATF certified course
• Location: Beautiful Oak Ridge Park, free of vehicular traffic
• Water Stop: One water stop will be available on the course.

• 7:00am - 7:45am: Check-in and bib pickup
• 7:50am: National Anthem
• 7:55am: Pre-race instructions
• 8:00am: Start of the Red, White & Blue 5k
