Updated Course for 2026

• New Route: Participants will experience an updated course route for this year.
• Familiar Sections: The race includes a favorite section through downtown Pittsboro.
• Festive Atmosphere: The race maintains its festive atmosphere starting and ending at Central Carolina Community College.
• Experience: Enjoy a fun holiday outing or race for a personal best.

Awards

• Categories: Individual Overall, Individual Age Groups, Teams, Team Competition
• Participation: Register as an Individual or part of a Team.
• Team Details: Teams require five or more members with combined times for the three fastest finishers.
• School Teams: Reserved for local school groups: select the School Team event when registering.

Team Registration Instructions

• Register: Register your entire team using one payment method or individually.
• Create a Team: Select "Teams" on the registration page and click "Register & Create a Team."
• Team Event: Choose "Team 5K" and create your team name.
• Joining Teams: Members can join an existing team by searching for the team name under "Team 5K."

Rudolph's Fun Run

• Special Event: Designed for younger participants.
• Distance: Approximately ¾ mile course entirely on the CCCC campus.
• Celebration: Participants receive a medal presented by Rudolph and his helpers!
• Fun Experience: A kid-friendly event celebrating health and activity.

• Encouragement: Register online for the easiest experience.
• Shirt Guarantee: Guaranteed only for participants registering by November 13, 2026.
• Size Changes: After this date, shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed, exchanged, or changed.
