• Duathlon: A Duathlon consisting of a 2-mile run followed by 14 miles on your bike then finishing up with another 2-mile run.
• Team Relay: Participate in the Duathlon Team Relay.
• 2 Mile Run/Walk: Join in the casual 2 Mile Run/Walk event.
• Post Race Challenge: Engage in the Post Race Fitness Challenge.
