Join us for a spectacular women's-only 5K and 10K through the breathtaking Cleveland Metroparks. As we unite in the name of fitness, our mission is to raise awareness for the powerful link between staying active and offsetting dementia and Alzheimer's Disease.

Ladies, get ready for a chip-timed run and walk on a fast and gorgeous course! Gentlemen, your support is invaluable—come cheer us on or volunteer at the finish line or water stop. All paces and abilities are welcome.

🌎 Schedule of Events
- Thursday, May 1: Packet Pick Up | Hope Yoga in Westlake from 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- Drop in Yoga: 6:15 PM Slow Flow & 7:30 PM Yin
- Special $10 drop in price for new students!
- Friday, May 2: Packet Pick Up | Second Sole in Lakewood from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Saturday, May 3: South Mastick Picnic Area
- 7:30 AM | Day-of-race packet pick-up and registration begin in the picnic shelter.
- 8:00 AM | 1 Mile Walk for all ages
- 8:00 AM | Optional start for walkers in 10K (all 5K walkers start with 8:30 AM start).
- 8:10 AM | Pre-race stretching by Phyt for Function
- 8:30 AM | 10K & 5K race start (common start)
- 9:00 AM | Wine area opens (will close at 11:00 AM)
- 9:00 AM | Support local jewelers
- There will be two local jewelers selling jewelry. Purchase the perfect Mother's Day gift!
- 9:30 AM | 5K Award ceremony (est time for awards): 10K awards will follow 5K Awards
- 10:00 AM | Participant raffle
- Bib numbers will be pulled for raffle items
