🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Join us Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Methodist University for the Step Up 4 Health & Wellness Expo! Back for its third year at MU, this event will support multiple patient care areas at Cape Fear Valley Health including Friends of the Cancer Center, Heart Care, CAP (Community Alternatives Program), CCMAP (Cumberland County Medication Access Program), Nursing Education Scholarship and Children’s Services.

🚶‍♀️ Race Details

• Distance Options: 4k and 1-mile walking routes
• Wellness Expo: This event features many CFVH service lines
• Community Learning: An opportunity for our community to come out and learn all that our health system has to offer
• Public Access: This portion of the event will be free to the public
