Join us Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Methodist University for the Step Up 4 Health & Wellness Expo! Back for its third year at MU, this event will support multiple patient care areas at Cape Fear Valley Health including Friends of the Cancer Center, Heart Care, CAP (Community Alternatives Program), CCMAP (Cumberland County Medication Access Program), Nursing Education Scholarship and Children’s Services.

- Expo: The Wellness Expo will feature many CFVH service lines.
