Join us Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Methodist University for the Step Up 4 Health & Wellness Expo!

Event Highlights

• Support for Causes: This event will support multiple patient care areas at Cape Fear Valley Health including Friends of the Cancer Center, Heart Care, CAP (Community Alternatives Program), CCMAP (Cumberland County Medication Access Program), Nursing Education Scholarship and Children’s Services.
• Walking Routes: Join us for 4k and 1-mile walking routes and a Wellness Expo.
• Wellness Expo Features: The Wellness Expo will feature many CFVH service lines and is an opportunity for our community to come out and learn all that our health system has to offer.
• Free Admission: This portion of the event will be free to the public.
