The Spring Lake 5 Mile Run

Registration for the Spring Lake 5 Mile is now CLOSED.  Spots are available through our charity partners as listed on the website. https://thespringlakefivemilerun.rsupartner.com/charity-partners 

The Kids Race online registration is open until May 15 at midnight.  Then Kids Race registration is available in-person at the Spring Lake train station as follows:

 SAT (May 17) 10:00 am - 1:00 pm          
 WED-THURS (May 21/22) 11 am -1 pm & 4-7 pm
 FRI (May 23) 10 am - 3:00 pm at the train station and 4:30pm - 6:00pm on Ocean Ave. & Essex Ave.

Any Kids Race registrations after May 11th will not be mailed but held for pick up as listed above.

 

Welcome to the 47th Running of the Spring Lake Five Mile Run, Inc. In 1977, five hundred runners lined up for the first Spring Lake Five. Thanks to your help, the race has grown into one of the country's biggest and best running events.  

The Spring Lake Five Mile Run is organized by the Spring Lake Five Race Committee and Race Director Ed Hale, under the guidance of the Friends of the Spring Lake Five Inc., a not-for-profit organization. After payment of Race expenses, all proceeds from the Race are donated to charitable organizations or allocated for town projects. Since 2002, the race has donated over $3,713,713 local charities, volunteer organizations, town initiatives and Spring Lake Recreation.
