🏃‍♂️ About Jeff Galloway’s Program

• Open to All: The Galloway Run/Walk/Run Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal: of running a 5k, Half Marathon, or Marathon.
• Inclusivity: The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers.
• Base Requirement: Marathon participants should have a base of 3-5 miles.
• Pace Groups: Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability. We would love to have you, but if you're not certain about whether to join, email us at GallowayJerseyShore@gmail.com.

• Location: Beach Grille, 49 Atlantic Avenue, Long Branch, NJ 07740
• Train for Spring Races: Including:
• Upcoming Events: April 11: Asbury Park Half Marathon (Runapalooza), April 12: April Fools Half Marathon (Atlantic City).
