🎆 Event Details

Join VARRA on Saturday, July 4, 2026 at 7:30 AM at Riverside Park for a fun 5k! The Sparkler Kids 1 Mile run is also returning and will begin at 8:15 AM to allow for kiddos to participate as well!

💲 Registration Fees

• Base Price: $30, you can participate in this firecrackin' good time of a race!
• Price Increase: Prices increase to $35 on Monday, June 1.
• Race Day Price: $40 on race day, with registration ending at 7:15 AM race morning.

🏅 Member Discounts

Paid VARRA members will receive a 20% discount, which is automatically applied at checkout.

📅 Race Day Information

• Bib Pickup: Bib pickup will only be offered from 6:30 AM - 7:15 AM the morning of the race, Saturday, July 4th at Riverside Stadium.
• In-Person Requirement: Each participant must be physically present at the check-in table to receive their bibs. This prevents timing errors that can affect race results and awards. No exceptions! Thank you for understanding.
• Parking: Race day parking is at the Riverside Stadium Parking Lot.
• Timing: The race is chip timed with Overall Male, Overall Female, and age group awards 3 deep with 10 year age increments.

🌦️ Weather Policy

Every effort will be made to start the race on time. If there is rain, the run will still start at 7:30 AM. If there is lightning, the start will be delayed until the lightning passes and the run can begin safely, so please plan accordingly.
