Walk for Wellness

🏃‍♂️ 2025 Walk for Wellness and 5k Fun Run

Join us for a Walk for Wellness and 5K Fun Run through Rt. 66 Park at Lake Overholser.

• Participants: Registered runners will receive a T-shirt and medal, and registered walkers will receive a T-shirt.
• Inclusivity: These events are open to patients and non-patients, with the walk and health fair at no cost.
• 5K Fun Run Fee: Includes a small fee, which supports the event.
• Community Engagement: Everyone will have the opportunity to receive information from community partners in the Oklahoma City metro.

🕗 Schedule of Events

• Health Fair: Begins at 8:00 a.m.
• 5K Fun Run: Begins at 8:30 a.m.
• Walk for Wellness: Begins at 9:30 a.m.

📅 Registration Information

• Cost: The walk, health fair, and cultural activities are at no cost.
• Free T-shirt: Register by April 26, 2025, to receive a FREE T-shirt.
• Same-day Registrations: Not guaranteed a T-shirt: must sign up 30 minutes before the start.
• 5K Fun Run Fee: $30 (plus processing fees), which includes a medal and T-shirt.
