Woodford County Santa Shuffle 5K & Kids Elf Dash

Event Overview

Join us for the 5th annual Santa Shuffle 5K Run/Walk and Kids' Elf Dash on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 11:00am in Downtown Versailles.

We're again racing in historic downtown Versailles, Kentucky this year. Come join the race fun and then stroll around downtown for shopping and dining.

Charity Beneficiaries

Our race will benefit 2 local charities:

• Cops For Kids Inc. : A collaborative effort to raise funds throughout the year in order to provide gifts to underprivileged children of Versailles, Midway & Woodford County at Christmas. The organization also provides clothing, toys & school supplies to children who are victims of fire, flood or other natural disaster or tragedy on an as needed basis throughout the year.
• The Jeri Hartley Foundation : Whose mission is to honor Jeri Hartley's unwavering faith in God, compassion for Woodford County, and dedication to uplifting the lives of all residents. The Foundation stands as a testament to the enduring impact of Jeri’s life, legacy, and faith through meaningful initiatives, collaborative partnerships, and impactful outreach.

Packet Pickup Information

• Date & Time: Packet pickup will be held on Friday, December 4th from 9am-4pm.
• Location: Offices of the Woodford County Chamber of Commerce, Address: 126 S Main St, Versailles, KY 40383.
• Eligibility: You may pick up for a friend/family member with no credentials, paperwork or ID required.
• Race Day Pickup: On Saturday, December 5th from 9:45-10:45am in downtown Versailles.

Race Features

• Scenic Route: A scenic downtown race route.
• Commemorative Shirts: Receive commemorative race shirts.
• Virtual Option: 5K Run/Walk, FREE Kids Elf Dash and virtual option available.
• Awards: Awards for Top Overall and Age Group Finishers (1st, 2nd and 3rd Place - 5-year age divisions).
• Contests: Prize for the largest Social Team and Best Dressed Contest with Prizes! (Dress in your best Santa, Elf, or other Christmas outfit).

Kids Elf Dash

The Kids Elf Dash is presented by Versailles Pediatrics and is FREE and will include a participation medal. Kids wishing to purchase a commemorative race shirt will pay $10 as an add on.
