Join us for the 2nd annual Ruck 4 Freedom!

Ruck 4 Freedom is an honorary Ruck where the community comes together with our Active Duty Military, Veterans and First Responders to do something uncomfortable to show our Armed Forces the gratitude we have for our Freedom.

Based on a Military tradition, participants will have the option to wear a weighted backpack and participate in a 5K, or 10K Ruck Walk. For those that don't want to wear the ruck you can sign up to run or walk the 5K or 10K.

NEW for 2024! We will have a Half Marathon distance!

RUCK 4 FREEDOM will give all of us the opportunity to do something hard to give back to those who have given so much.

As a community we are strong, our Freedom is safe, and this will give us the opportunity to show our service members, family and friends that we are willing to give our time and be a little uncomfortable to say, thank you.

❤️ Support and Charity

• Official Charity: The official charity of RUCK 4 FREEDOM is HOPE Mental Health Foundation.
• Fund Utilization: Funds will be used to benefit the mental health of soldiers, and their families through the gift of therapy.
• Outdoor Adventures: This event will also contribute to Outdoor Experience For All, a Foundation that provides outdoor adventures for our Veterans.

• Mail-in Registration: To register by mail please complete and return our Mail-in Registration Form!
• Virtual Ruck: Can’t make it to this year's event but still want to participate? This year will feature a Virtual Ruck.
• Email Instructions: Prior to the event, all virtual participants will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your time.

• Date: 2024-11-16
• Location: 20464 E Riggs Rd, Queen Creek, AZ.
• Registration Start: Race Day Registration will be available beginning at 7:00am.
• Event Pricing: 5K - $50, 10K - $60, Half Marathon - $90.

📅 Event Schedule

• Packet Pick-Up: Fri, November 15, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at TBD.
• Race Day Packet Pick-Up: Sat, November 16, 2024, at 7:00 AM.
• Half Marathon Start: Sat, November 16, 2024, at 8:00 AM.
• Awards Ceremony: Approx. at 9:45 AM.

💧 Water Stations and Support

Water and Gatorade will be located at multiple points along the courses. GU Gels will be available for half marathon participants at key intervals.
