Island Vines 10K and 5K Run/Walk

Event Overview

RunVermont is proud to present the 12th Annual Island Vines Road Race at beautiful Snow Farm Vineyard. The race will feature both 10K and 5K distance options, all on South Hero’s scenic West Shore Road.

Kids Fun Run

• Distance: A half-mile loop around the vineyard.
• Start Time: 10:15 AM.
• Ages: 4 - 14 are welcome.
• Adult Participation: Adults may run with their child but do not need to register.

Charity Support

A portion of race proceeds goes to C.I.D.E.R. whose mission is to develop and foster resources that enable the people of Grand Isle County, Vermont to live in their community with dignity. C.I.D.E.R. accomplishes this by providing direct services and collaborating with other individuals and groups. C.I.D.E.R. feels a special responsibility to elders and persons with disabilities.

Race Perks

Included: Registration for the 10K and 5K includes a beverage, food truck tickets, and stemless glass for all finishers.

Registration Fees

Details: Starting with the Summer Series, RunVermont is no longer having participants pay the RunSignup transaction fee (flat fee plus a percentage of registration price). So while the 10K and 5K each have an opening registration fee of $40, the fees at each registration point are comparable to what a participant paid to register for Island Vines in 2024. We hope that this is a welcome change--because we know how frustrating it is to see the price of something jump at checkout!--but please email us at feedback@:runvermont.org with feedback.
