• Activities: Participate in the 5K Run, 5K Walk, or 1 Mile Run
• Post-Race: Enjoy a Great Lakes Loons baseball game

• Complimentary Ticket: Use your lawn ticket to cheer for the Loons
• Opponent: Loons vs. South Bend Cubs
• Theme Night: Grit Night (Detroit Lions theme)
• Food Specials: $2 hot dogs and other snacks at $1

Race Information

• Packet Pick-Up: August 14, outside Dow Diamond from 3:30-5PM
• Race Policy: Held rain or shine!
• Start Times:
  • 1 Mile: 5:15 PM
  • 5K Run: 5:35 PM
  • 5K Walk: 5:45 PM

Challenge Registration

• Triple Challenge: This is the third race in the Midland Triple Challenge
• Registration Package: Includes Dow RunWalk, Run the River, and Loons Pennant Race
