Race Description
- Kickoff: Join Southern Strain Run Club as we kick off Southern Strain Breweries' anniversary weekend with our annual 5k!
- Course: Our out-and-back course starts at the brewery and then heads to McEachern Greenway, a portion of the 4-mile greenway loop in Concord.
- Aid Station: There is an aid station midway with water and Gatorade that you will pass twice.
- Post-Race: Once you’ve crossed the finish line, enjoy our refreshing race day beer, Run for the Pils!
Charity Information
- Beneficiary: A portion of the race proceeds will benefit Run Cabarrus.
- Purpose: Run Cabarrus is a competitive youth cross-country club dedicated to developing distance runners.
