A scenic, riverfront 5K race benefiting Fulfill (Monmouth / Ocean County Foodbank) in time for the Thanksgiving holiday season. Join us for the 3rd Annual River Rock 'N Run 5K with a new and faster course this year!

👟 Race Details:

• Solo Rocker (Full 5K): Run the 2-loop course for a full 5K. Runners will receive a halfway split and a final 5K finish time.
• Relay 5K (Each runner does 1.5 mile loop): Partner up and run the 5K as a relay. Each runner will run a 1.5 mile loop. New this year: split times for each runner and the team 5K relay time.

🍴 Post-Race Festivities:

• Food & Prizes: Participants gather inside the River Rock Restaurant for post-race food, prizes, and raffles.
• Charity Impact: Over $8000 has been raised so far, making it a great race for a great cause.
