River Rock 'N Run 5K 2025

🏃‍♀️ Race Overview

• Start Time: The race will begin at 9am! (This includes runners, walkers, and relay)
• Registration: Bib pickup will begin at 8am inside the River Rock.
• Proceeds: 100% of all proceeds goes to Fulfill (Monmouth / Ocean County Foodbank) in time for the Thanksgiving holiday season.
• Food: Race registration includes the BEST POST-RACE FOOD EVER!

🏅 Race Details

• Course: A scenic, riverfront 5K. Run the 5K solo, or team up with a partner for the relay.
• T-shirts: The first 200 registrants will also receive a super-soft, comfortable race T-shirt.
• Online Registration: You can register online that morning.
• Location: River Rock Restaurant and Marina Bar, Brick, NJ.

📏 5K Race

• Distance: Run the 2-loop course for a full 5K.
• Timing: Runners will receive a halfway split, as well as final 5K finish time.
• Results: Each runner will receive their split times in the results.
• Details: Come out to enjoy a morning of running for a great cause!

🤝 Relay Race

• Structure: Runners can partner up and run the 5K as a relay. Leadoff leg runs the 1.5 mile loop with the baton, and then hands off the baton to the anchor leg.
• Timing: Each runner will receive their split times, as well as the team 5K relay time!
• Divisions: Pick your division (Family, Co-Worker, Male, Female, Mixed, Student) and come up with an awesome team name.
• Community: All participants then join together inside the River Rock Restaurant for the BEST POST-RACE FOOD EVER!

🎉 Post-Race Celebration

• Food: Enjoy the amazing post-race food while prizes and raffles take place.
• Fundraising: Over $15,000 has been raised so far in our first three years.
• Event: A great race for a great cause.
