The 2026 River to Bay 5K is scheduled as an In-Person Race on May 2, 2026, rain or shine.

• Location: 1 Wanamaker Municipal Complex, Island Heights, NJ
• Course Certification: This race is a USATF certified course.
• Waiver Requirement: All participants must agree to the terms of the USATF Waiver as a condition of registration.

• Beneficiary: All proceeds benefit local youth and charitable organizations.

⏳ Registration Information

• Participant Limit: Limited to the first 750 participants.
• Early Bird Discount: Registrants by end of day April 7, 2026 save $10 on registration.
• Race Shirt: Early bird registrants are guaranteed a race shirt of the correct size: availability cannot be guaranteed for those registering after.
• Refund Policy: Race registrations are non-refundable.
