We are excited to be welcome runners/walkers to a New Location this year! The course features all paved trails, providing a smooth and enjoyable route for participants of all ages and abilities.

About the GR8FUL4LIFE 5K Run/Walk

The GR8FUL4LIFE 5K Run/Walk (aka G4L5K) is an event celebrating the beautiful blessing of life and the strong spirit of persistence and faith by which we overcome its many challenges. It invites the strivers, thrivers and survivors, who can relate to a story of resilience and determination in their respective journeys, to come together in the spirit of competition and camaraderie.

• Symbolism: More than just a race, it symbolizes gratitude and perseverance.
• Community: Aiming to inspire and uplift participants while fostering a sense of community and hope.

Hosted By

This fund-raising event is hosted by Open Heaven Musicfest, a 501c3 non-profit organization, with a dedicated mission to provide community outreach services.

• Mission: To foster relationships and bring together the collaborative efforts of churches, local service agencies, and complementary missions.
• Events: Committed to holding family-friendly events, free to the public, featuring live faith-inspirational music.
• Focus: Promoting fellowship, new connections, healing, and encouragement.
• Purpose: Ultimately, strengthening a sense of purpose and community.

Scriptural Inspiration

Psalm 66:8-9 Give honor and thanks to God, O people and let all hear how great He is! He keeps us alive, and does not let our feet go out from under us.

Registration Details

• Early Bird Price: $30 + processing fees
• Regular Price: $35 + processing fees (August 1st through race day)
• Participant Gear: Each registered participant will receive a race bib and t-shirt.
• Shirt Size: Size will not be guaranteed if registered after August 25th.

Packet Pick-up

Packets can be picked up starting at 7:30 am on the morning of the race at the race venue.

Awards

Top 3 male and top 3 female finishers will receive awards.
