Description: The NC Blueberry Festival 5K kicks of a full Saturday of events during the 23rd Annual North Carolina Blueberry Festival featuring live music, craft vendors, a car and truck show, a pie-eating contest, and of course, lots of fresh blueberries.
Experience: Runners experience the picturesque small-town charm of historic downtown Burgaw during the town's premier event of the year.
Additional Event: The festival hosts a non-competitive bicycle ride on Saturday morning - the Tour de Blueberry.

Additional Parking: Available along the grassy railroad right-of-way (runs between Dickerson and Dudley streets).

Organization: Pender Alliance for Total Health (PATH) provides access to an Integrated System of Care for Pender County youth, their families, teachers, and staff.
Wellness Promotion: PATH works within the schools to promote wellness for all children and teens within the county.
Access to Care: With school-based Health Centers, children can be seen where they spend most of their time - at school.
