Race Description

The Island Ripple Run returns to Diamond Cove, Great Diamond Island, and Little Diamond Island! This is a 4-mile race around two islands in beautiful Casco Bay, just off the coast of downtown Portland. Participants will enjoy ocean views as this run follows picturesque island roads and wooded paths around Great Diamond Island, over the sandbar that attaches Great Diamond and Little Diamond Islands at low tide, around Little Diamond Island, and ends on the north side of Great Diamond Island near the tent site.
